C. "Post and Go" issues.

Collectors strips are usually made up of 6 different values - 1st up to 100g, 1st Large up to 100g, European Rate up to 20g and Worldwide rate up to 10g, European rate up to 100g, Worldwide rate up to 50g and Worldwide rate up to 100g.
  Those dispensed from NCR kiosks were usually freely available to the general public for use on ordinary mail and are therefore given full Catalogue listing. 
  Items dispensed from IAR kiosks were usually issued at single sites such as museums or philatelic exhibitions, often for very limited periods, leading to very limited availability to the public and these are generally included in the Footnote section. These products are referred to here as "labels" or "souvenir labels" though they had postal validity. It is also to be noted that IAR labels were dispensed by kiosks sited in a handful of Delivery offices. 
  Special packs containing Collectors strips of 6 x 1st stamps were sometimes produced by the Philatelic Bureau and these are given full Catalogue listing because of their more accessible general availability.

Universal Mail United Kingdom (United Kingdom Of Great Britain And Northern Ireland) (Monarchy)

Airmail postcard stamps intended for use by tourists. General series sold by Universal Mail and various sites and freely available. Bespoke issues sold by organisations or individual sites and usually not sold directly by Universal Mail. Some organisations such as English Heritage sell all their strips of stamps from their central online shop as well as the individual sites depicted on the stamps and such issues are therefore freely available and therefore listed with General issues and given a Catalogue number. Bespoke issues sold at a single site are much less easily available and therefore are not given a Catalogue number but listed under the Footnote section.
